The popularity of kombucha has exploded in the last few years and Auspicious Brew is cooking up some really amazing flavors that you have to try! Each batch of Auspicious Brew’s kombucha is inspired by seasonal plants, meaning that each drink reflects a specific place and moment in time. They also brew their kombucha in small batches, making every batch unique and one-of-a-kind. Each tea at Auspicious Brew is made with carefully chosen, homegrown ingredients and their flavors are like none other on the market. When the short New England growing season is over, they take their garden inside so they can have fresh ingredients all year long. “We create each blend of kombucha with the herbs we love to grow and with plants carefully sourced from around the world.” says Helen. “We promote the use of responsibly harvested wild plants, under utilized botanicals, and use local, homegrown, and organic ingredients whenever possible.”

Auspicious Brew also makes a Hard Kombucha that contains 5% alcohol. They have 8 kombuchas currently on draft that rotate regularly and have seasonal flavors made with locally sourced ingredients. Currently, Auspicious Brew can be found at 85 locations all across New Hampshire with their main retail space located in Dover at Washington Street Mills. Their brewery is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11-8 and Fridays and Saturdays from 12-9, where they have 8 kombuchas on draft, home- made sparkling waters, coffee based drinks and teas.
