FALL LINE RYE IPA
ABV 6.5% The perfect brew for fall! Brewed using Nugget and Columbus hops, this is a rich copper IPA with a robust rye flavor that’s spicy and bitter up front and finishes with a smooth, dry maltiness. It’s a naturally carbonated beer.

TIKI TOM’S ISLAND PUNCH IPA
6.8% ABV
Tiki Toms is a wheat based IPA that is heavy hopped and dry
hopped. A blend of two different yeast strains with pineapple and
blackberry puree added, designed to make you feel like you’re at a
tiki bar and made in honor of our brewer Alex’s dad Tom.

FORT #1, SINGLE BARREL BOURBON
Fort #1 is our single barrel bourbon limited release. It is a 101 proof high rye bourbon with tasting notes of sweet corn, spicy rye, and a subtle flavor of banana bread. Aged 4 years, this bourbon isn’t to be missed.

We took Subculture, our flagship Pilsner, and aged it in one of
our Foeders until it told us it was ready to come out. It’s still the
same exceptionally crisp and clean Pilsner, but the oak added an
extra layer of nuanced flavor. It’s not just a crusher; it’s a drink
slow and savor type of beer.
SACK LUNCH BLACKBERRY
7% ABV
Recently our most requested beer series has been Sack Lunch.
We wanted to go straight to the source and use entirely too
much blackberry purée. This has all of your major food groups:
peanut butter, marshmallow, lactose, and grapes.
I JUST WANT TO BE PUREE: PINA COLADA
We’re huge fans of listening to Jimmy Buffet (or Rupert Holmes) sing about Pina Coladas. So much so, we decided to follow an amazing episode of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia to create this beer inspired by Buffet. We took our IJWTBP base and added so much pineapple and coconut we missed the concert. Then we decided to add the right amount of lime and lactose. Ya know... for funsies.

MICHAEL-OBE AMERICAN LIGHT LAGER

Brewed with combination of 2 and 6-row barley, rice, and Czech Saaz
hops this light lager is refreshing and tasty. An American classic.
QUAKER OATMEAL STOUT
5.9% ABV
Brewed with the finest English 2-row, flaked oats, and London
Ale yeast. Smooth and silky with a nice roasty finish. It's a great
dark beer suitable for any time of the year.EAST MEETS WEST

Our interpretation of what an IPA should be utilizing the best qualities
of East and West coast brewing techniques; It's hopped up with
Centennial, Amarillo, and Mosaic.
